Problem With Index Pages

Hi everyone. I've got a problem with one of my hosting accounts. Whatever I upload to the index page of the main section of my account, it shows up on the indexes of all my subdomains.

Is there some configuration button that I need to hit in order to stop this? I really have no clue whats going on with this. Any help is appreciated.
