Urgent HTTP Error 401.3

Hello,

I'm trying to find out what causes this error all day with no luck. .asp pages require login, I tried adding/changing permissions , nothing is working. If anyone can help or look into it I would be appreciated. Server - Win 2003 standard

When I click cancel this comes up:

HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource.
