outsource support without giving out root access
I was wondering if it is possible to outsource support to another company without giving out access to specific folder?
I have a big time client on the server which I am hesitant to give anyone access to except myself.
I would like to grant access to the support team to every directory on the server except that specific home directory. Is that possible? Somehow I think this can be accomplished using jail shell. Is there any URLs that I can check out?
