Need a Windows 2003 Newbie guide (help)
Well I've been using Linux + Cpanel servers for best part of a year now and thought i would give Windows Server 2003 a go, for the sheer learning experience if anything.
However it just seems to be very akward to setup. If fact i don't have too much of an idea as to what i am doing.
I've managed to use remote desktop and access the server. I've also created a Power User and given it a different account.
All I want from the server is a simple website, With its own Dedicated IP. where people can download files. Don't Need DNS,EMAIL,DHCP. Just Http and FTP.
Anyways are their any good guides around to help out ? I've tried google but not got anything good so far.
Any help would be appreciated
Edit : At the moment i am trying to figure out how to add my free IP's...
