Mail script help please
I have a RedHat box running with WHM/Cpanel. the default email account for the primary domain on that box is unreachable via any email client I have tried. It is accessbile via webmail though.
I believe the trouble is in the linking between the inbox files on the server. that probably doesnt make sense cos I dont really understand all this it has to be said. But are there two places on the server that link together to make an inbox accessible or something?
anyway. I think that I need to run this script:

but I dont know how to. the link takes you to the text of a script. how do I actually run this?
Do I copy it to a text file, upload it to my server (into which folder?) and then type the name of the file to execute with the relevant option tagged on at the end? Does the script file need a suffix like .pl or something?
How does it know which mailbox to work on? Should it fix all mailboxes across all accounts?
Please someone help this dimwit. I'm learning, but learning sometimes involves showing you just how much is left to go!
