Mysql - Cpanel - ODBC

Ever since the last cpanel update we have had problems connecting to our database via ODBC.

Here are some error msg's that we are getting:

the errors are in /var/log/mysqld.log

when connecting via odbc we get a timeout in less than 1 second

All of our edge routers at the office are in the access list's for the data base.

We can connect but it times out.

We have been using this method to connect for over a year now. It has only been an issue since the update last week.
