cant make new directory using FTP

when i try making new directory using user account ( xxxx.com )i get this message :

Response: mkdir /home/httpd/vhosts/xxxxx.com/web_users/New folder: permission denied


any idea how to fix it ?


i have root access
plesk7.0.4
