New server won't reboot :: Need Help Fast...
I have a new server with centOS and cPanel/WHM installed. Yesterday while finishing up transfering my customers over to the new server I was removing the old backup directories in SSH and suddenly SSH stopped working. I rebooted the server from WHM and the server never came back online. I finally got someone to restart the server but GRUB was gone. They re-installed GRUB and now upon reboot, system goes straight to "grub>". They want me to tell them what to do. I have no idea what to tell them. What should I tell them? What do you think is worng?
