Kernel Errors - System Crashing

About every 4-5 days my server crashes, there is no video when I plug in a monitor. The following are the errors I receive from logwatch:

WARNING: Kernel Errors Present
Unable to load default keyring: error=74...: 1 Time(s)
vesafb: probe of vesafb0 failed with error -6...: 1 Time(s)

I am running an Intel S875WP1-E, P4 2.8Ghz, 2Gb of ECC ram, 3ware RAID 7502, Fedora Core 2. The motherboard is at the latest BIOS from Intel ( I have tried older BIOS versions). I have three of the latest Fedora Core 2 kernels. I have tried HyperThreading on and off through the BIOS. I have also tried boot option acpi=ht with all kernels. This not a production server, its in the testing phase. Nothing is running on the system. Its pretty much idle. I have compiled MySQL 4.1 on it but no databases are running.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thank You
