IP ReDirect from Subdomain.

I was asked by one of my users to set up a IP redirection
from a Subdomain he has to an IP (which leads to IRC server)
the IP itself is not on my Server and Cpanel will only allow
Subdomains to be pointed to Directories, not IP's.

any one has any idea what can i do or what lines do i need
to add on Httpd.conf for that to work ?
