Stop SPAMING from PHP
On my server some users sending out spam emails with PHP mail function.
I know with cpanel, phpsuexe can help, but this server have no control panel.
Presently i have disabled mail() function using disable_functions in php.ini
Is there anyway to preven such spaming ?
