Configuring Cisco 7960 with Asterisk

We're deploying an Asterisk PBX solution using Cisco 7960 ip phones but have not got off to a good start as the phones seemingly dislike SIP 7.

I'm getting this error when I try to TFTP the SIP stuff to the phone:

18/12/2004 18:19 Configuring Cisco 7960 with Asteriskending OS79XX.TXT to (192.168.1.20)
18/12/2004 18:19 Configuring Cisco 7960 with Asteriskent OS79XX.TXT to (192.168.1.20), 15 bytes
18/12/2004 18:19 :TFTP Error from 192.168.1.20 requesting SEP00078599306A.cnf : File does not exist
18/12/2004 18:19 :TFTP Error from 192.168.1.20 requesting SEPDefault.cnf : File does not exist

As far as I can tell OS69XX.TXT is correct, it contains

P003-07-3-00
Of which I have .loads, .sb2, .sbn as well as a file called P003-07-3-00 in the TFTP directory.

Any suggestions?
