cPanel: Disk quota's not resetting

Hello,

I have a customer who complains about the following problem:
- He uploaded about 2500MB of files
- He deleted most of them
- His cPanel disk usage status still says about 2500MB used and alomst 0MB available

So he doesn't really have that much files hosted, but cPanel/WHM says he does.

What's going on?
