how to find out what site causes overload?

I'm using a VPS (based on UML), according to spec
Minimum Guaranteed RAM 192 MB
Minimum Guaranteed CPU 150 Mhz+
Maximum RAM 4 GB

by the way, is a chance to verify this?

i'm hosting near 20-30 not so busy sites - total traffic of the whole VPS is less than 15Gb/m

For the last month I have almost everyday overload - mysql & apache craches, often "Lost connection to MySQL server during query", sometimes everything crached how to find out what site causes overload?

How can I find out what cause overload?
what process, user, site ?

Support was so good to suggest me to go to dedicated without dealing what is really going with VPS how to find out what site causes overload?

Please help, i'm not so good at linux, but already had implemented log-slow-queries for mysql (Support was unable to do this for several days or just ignored my request), made page which dispay `uptime`...

what can i do more? how to find out what site causes overload?
please help!!!
