Best OS for game servers on a dual opteron server?

I have picked up a Dual Opteron 242 server and I am looking for the best OS to run on it for hosting a few games like UT 2004 and Counter-Strike: Source. Which is the best in your opinion? Redhat 9? Fedora Core 1 or FreeBSD 5?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
