outlook emails problems... >_<
I am running Linux+CPanel server.
I have some users complain they are soemtimes can't send out emails.
"An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'xxxxx xxxx', Account: 'Mail5', Server: 'mail.xxxxx.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B"
I have check to msn website, but still cannot help to me.

- My server is using Exiscan, DBSL and RHL enabled.
- users ip does not in spmcop and dbhl blacklist.
- users do checked "my server requires authentication"
another problem is "Attempt to prevent pop3 connection floods"
I have users also complain cant' send email and error message is something like "Too many connections from your ip address , reached max connections.
so i uncheck the "Attempt to prevent pop3 connection floods",
does it will help? is it dangerous.?
I need some suggestion and solutions... anybody can give me advise?
