paypal ipn enabling

Hello,

We have IPN enabled and provided a return-url for it. However after a succesful payment, it does not provide "Click-here to continue" to redirect to our url, instead it redirects to Paypal Main Menu. We are creating payment links manually through our php program. Is there any other thing we must do to provide a return url so we can process orders.
