I ordered a dedicated server from ResellerWorkz just before the new year. Its been only a few days when I was in the process of migrating the domains to my server that it stopped responding. I notified the support and they informed me that they are looking over it. No response for another 8 hours and I email them again just to find out that the hard disk crashed and they are replacing it. Another 10 hours and I have still not seen any progress.
Now I am slightly new to this, but am pretty sure that replacing a hard disk and reloading the OS image doesn't take more than 10 hours. Not to tell that the data I lost over this has gone too.
BTW, how often does it happen that a hard disk crashes within the first week of a new order? Just curious about the odds of my bad luck,
