I Think I Have A RootKit...How To Delete?

Today's CHKROOTKIT message came up with the following:

Checking `bindshell'... INFECTED (PORTS: 465)
Checking `lkm'... You have 1 process hidden for ps command
Warning: Possible LKM Trojan installed

I don't want this to spread and become a major problem...how do I delete this root kit?
