Getting All My IPs Working Instead of Showing As One?

Well here is the problem, I have a dedicated server with 30 IPs, but no matter what we do (the tech support mainly) we can't seem to get these IPs to function individually. Everytime you make a request with the IP it always resolves as the main shared server IP.

Now I am no tech guru, and mostly I am looking to move to a dedicated server at host who knows how to solve this problem. So far we have tried many things, including using squid to setup restircted proxies which only sort of worked. Although when viewing through our browser it works well, when our system goes to use these proxies at any speed (which I can explain their use for later) squid seems to not be able to hold up to the pressue and just starts resolving as the one IP again.

Now, what can I do, what host here knows their way around this issue? Who can setup a dedicated server for me and solve this problem, perhaps jail the IPs or some other such method. I need at least 10-15 working IPs per dedicated box, and they all need to resolve individually? If someone can help, or else offer me a deal on their host where they can get me setup right than I'll signup today, as this is becomming rather irritating.
