Page load with Apache not too good
I have had lots of problems with our new Dell Celeron 2.53 Ghz 512 DDR + 180GB SATA HDD box, but now the only problem I'm still experiencing with Apache is that when you first load a page and it has to create a new process for the visitor, it delays pretty much... then it goes fast as I have 60 second KeepAliveTimeout so the speed itself is good. Now I am wondering what may cause the slow first loading of a page in our server? I have tested other sites and their first loadings are a lot faster compared to our server. Just try my site http://cms.fseurope.net and then compare it to http://data.zone.ee or http://www.webhostingtalk.com . The difference is pretty big
Any ideas if some conf problem could cause this delay? It shouldn't be anything with nameservers either as it logs in very fast to FTP for example. My server load is usually not over 0.5.Thanks!!!
