Bringing my server down to its knees

Hi!

Today i saw my sever using 60% of it memory. I asked this to my server tech. team and they said that's not a problem and server would not go down in anyway due to this.

I want a php script by which i can put load on the server to bring it down to its knees. Can this be done ?
