My nightly cp backups are causing the cpu to overload for 6-8 hours. The high load is in the IOwait. I have ran cpbackup via ssh and it seems to get caughtup on an account of mine that has a folder with 6gb worth of images. Now, I don't need that folder of the site backed up. Is there a way to bypass that folder in the backup?
