My HTTPD and MYSQL are eting to much CPU / RAm

Hi,

my spec: PIV 2.8, 2GB RAM, Fedora Core, kernel 2,4

I think that HTTPD and MySQl are keepet to long,how tokill the prcesses after 5 minuts?
