Domain randomly not working from UK
I have a client who is having trouble with private nameservers and his domain. Seemingly at random he cannot reach his domain from in and around the london area, it lasts a day or two then is back to normal. Yet, from everywhere else in the world the website is showing up just fine.
To complicate things further, when the website is down the IP's show just fine in his browser, and domains using the same IP's for nameservers don't have any issues. The only domains with problems are the ones using his private nameservers.
I've checked all the setup and everything is correct, the nameservers are proper, they are glued, its perfect. So what could the issue be, I would assume it must be the ISP they are using. The client is specifically using www.plus.net, anyone else run into similar problems? I can't give the domain because of privacy policy but the TLD is a .co.uk
