need some help with managing nameserver IPs
I just got my new dedicated server with c-panel and web host manager. I loged in WHM and went to "Manage Nameserver IPs". I wanted to asign my nameserver an IP adress, but I saw inthere that one of my IPs is allready assigned to some nameserver that is not mine. I tried to delete it but I got message saying
" Sorry, the nameserver ip aa.bb.cc.dd cannot be removing since it is still registered with an ICANN register. "
What should I do now?
Does this mean that my server didn't came with fresh OS reinstall? Is there a way to find out when was the OS installed?

I went to whois and the nameserver is realy registered with my IP (if that is of any importance)
