What versions are you running?

Just curious what everyone is running for their server software....Basically Im planning on setting up a system here at home for testing/learning purposes before I rent/buy a dedicated server/VPS and was curious what software and versions I should install for good practice....

Im aware Im going to need Apache, MySQL, ProFTPd, BIND, etc...Just unsure which versions are bugfree/totally stable etc.
