Erorrs in /var/log/mysqld

Hello, I search the forum's for that problem, but didn't find any solution. I try restarting services, nothing help.
We have mysql 4.0.20 ,
WHM 9.9.9 cPanel 9.9.9-S15
Fedora i686 - WHM
Fedora c1

Also in my.cnf
connect_timeout=15
