microsoft outlook mail problem
i get this error message :
0x800CCC90 your incoming POP3 email server has reported an internal error. the server responded:-ERR service not available( server error)
APF installed , ports 25 and 110 open
NeoMail ,Horde , NeoMail send & recieve emails with no problem
no mailscaner installed
disabled norton anti virus didnt help
tried Eudora , same error reported
i have read all posts related to this problem in this forum and cpanel & eve1 forums also in google and didnt find any fix for this problem
