Web Site Access Issues for User of Our Site.
Our web site uses the following subdomain for our forums:
forums.evolutionm.net
It appears we have a user that cannot always access the forums at this address. He said he sometimes gets error pages, which I believe are either page cannot be displayed or page cannot be found errors. My guess was an issue with the DNS for those subdomains so I had him access the site using:
www.evolutionm.net/forums
and things worked for him. He did mention that if he clicks repeatedly, it will eventually work once in a while.
Our web server is setup on RedHat Linux w/ Apache as the web server and CPanel v.10.x installed. CPanel was used to setup the subdomains for evolutionm.net.
Could this be a server issue on our end or would this be an ISP issue for the user?
