New Server Configuration
We´re getting one more server to our company and would like to have your opinion.
We have 3 options of processor for this server:
- Intel P4 3.0 HT
- Sigle Opteron 240
- Sigle Xeon 2.4
- AMD 64 3200
We used to use Fedora Core 1 but we´re thing about change it do Core 2 or Core 3. Which one is better? Wich one do you use?
As we use cPanel, we´ll have daily backup on a secundary HD and weekly backup on an external FTP. Do you thing that this is enought? Unfortunatly we can´t hace RAID on this server.
