cPanel loads slow, but WHM is fast. What's up?

Hi,

i have a small problem, im not sure if you guys experienced this before but my server's cpanel loads very slowly, its like at the verge of timing out, but wheni check out cpanel the speed is pretty normal.

this is my current load avg:
6:46PM up 22:34, 2 users, load averages: 0.14, 0.19, 0.22
RAM is around 80% usage, i was thinking this was the problem but why is it only affecting cpanel and not WHM nor the sites.
