CentOS 3.3 I686 32 to 3.4 64 bit anyone done it?

How did it go was it as simple as downloading the proper rpm version and the yum update?

Any problems with Cpanel on the 64 bit version?

I have a few AMD 240 and 242's that are running 32 bit right now so considering up dating them to 64 bit while I update to 3.4.

Also anyone see any real impact in speed or proformance going to 64 bit OS rather than the 32 bit?
