PHP CGI-mode caching engine that works with Zend Optimizer?

Erm, we are changing from DSO to PHP as CGI. So I was looking at caching engine(s) that work with CGI-mode PHP.

Found the ionCube PHP Accelerator so far, but it allegedly doesn't work with Zend Optimizer, having it's own optimizing subengine instead.

Anyone using it? How is it? Is it worth giving up Zend Optimizer due to this?

Does anyone know of any other CGI-mode caching engine that works under Zend Optimizer?
