I'm sure someone get this error after installing mod_security usin vBulletin software. After I'm trying to edit some templates or even changing user password it shows internal server error and no changes are made. People at vBulletin.com know that bug and know that this is mod_security problem, but they dont know how to fix that without disable this. Could anyone tell me how to explain my ISP to fix that bug without disable the module?
