Plesk 7.5.2 reloaded subdomain

I finally got a dedcated server from 1and1 with a couple of friends paying so much, we find the server fine, but plesk is installed (7.5.2 )

you can make accounts fine, etc. but when you make a subdomain on any account it takes about 24hours, we found out that you need to restart apache and also plesk overrights the config each time, is there any way of sorting this problem, I posted on there forum and no reply
