Multiple servers, one DNS system - how to do this?

Hello,

I have currently 7 servers. Each server is cPanel server and each has it's own DNS SERVERs:

To better describe the situation, I will call each server as serv1...serv7

Ok, here we go Multiple servers, one DNS system - how to do this?

serv1 has ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com
serv2 has ns3.mydomain.com and ns4.mydomain.com
...
serv7 has ns13.mydomain.com and ns14.mydomain.com

Some of the NS are registered in my country DNS zones, and some have only A records in serv1 with right point to correct IPs.

So, now I want to buy one server, in different DC and make it DNS-Only. I know there is DNS-only version of cPanel, but I don't want to broke anything, so I'm asking you, how to do this with no problems? I want simply use ns1.newdomain.com and ns2.newdomain.com as my only name servers.
