unable to find IP in WHM

hi!
I have a reseller account and I want to host a domain.info and I cannot add domains with the info extension but it seems to be not problems with dot com domains.

Am I doing something wrong? I have checked the DNS functions and everything seems to be right..

Any suggestions and how to fix these?
