Multiple domains on a single cPanel account.

I want to park multiple domains (3+) domains on a single cPanel account. Yes, I'm allowed to park upto 5 domains.

However, I need to point each domain to a different directory, But I'm having a lot of problems with it.

Can anyone please guide me on it.
