Problems accessing my site with www
Some of my clients cannot access their sites with 'www' but the can access the sites without www.
I contacted my hosting provider (theplanet) and below is the dialog with them
Once of my clietns can not acess his domain www.gameshrine.co.uk
He made a trace out for the domain.

The traffic appears he can reach the server just fine. Are they by chance being blocked through an htaccess file? Is you webservers max allowed connections maxed out? What kind of errors is your client receiving when going to the domain?

He can access the site without 'www'.
I don't know if I have any host.deny file? I had someone to set up a firewall on the server. Mabye it cause the problem?
I don't know if they are been bloced by an htaccess file?.

I am also unable to resolve to www.gameshrine.co.uk, but gameshrine.co.uk does come up fine for me. You may want to check the configuration for the zone file to see if there are any configuration issues. Please advise.

Verify you have an A record for the www subdomain in the gameshrine.co.uk zone file pointed to either the ip address or the domain name (with a period at the end - ie. gameshrine.co.uk.). You could use a CNAME entry pointed to gameshrine.co.uk. instead of the A record. (WHM shows the CNAME entry already.)
The thing I notice is that your zone file references ns1.bytewebhosting.co (notns1.bytewebhosting.com). Is this a typo?
