Q~ Bandwidth is reaching 40Mb when server load is 0.01
I use cpanel and installed mod_bandwidth
I have a customer who every day uploads 10 images(around 15K each) and go to different porn related forums to share them. He pushes like 80G transfer per day and on peak time he could push to 40Mb even load is 0.01.wield huh? only 10 images.
I have to limit his site 10Mb top by setting mod_bandwidth.
Question is even I limit him, it seems whole server speed is badly affected when server load is crazily low to 0.01. Any ideas how to clearly separate him and keep other resoures to other cutomers?
