Parking domain issue

I wanted to post an excerpt from our httpd.conf which shows our website but WHT wont let me post it because it contains URL's . My problem lies in that although the pointing domain is correctly set up so that the DNS resolves to the nameservers, I cannot get it to park correctly on the current domain. Tried everything but to no avail.

Whilst its difficult fo you to see the problem because I cant post the actual details, I would appreciate it if anyone can think of anything to check.

ServerAlias is correct as far as I'm aware.
