"failure notice" thouzands of emails

Hello Everyone,

My SMTP service has been going down everyday from the day i have got my server, yesterday the technician has started working on it and now i am receiving thouzands of similar emails a day

It seems the reason that SMTP was going down often is that there are thouzands of emails stuck in queue but i am not sure why and how do i fix an issue?

I am sure it has something to do with Plesk notifications,a hostname and PTR record but what exactly ?

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
