Which CPU run coolest
i was chatting on my irc network this morning when all of a sudden everything went down, my sites went down, etc.
After physically checking the server later on, i found out that the cooling on one of my xeon processors had failed and the processor overheated and crashed the server
anyway the server is now unbootable with both cpus in the system and im planning to make a few new servers (single processor though, but higher cpu speeds and spread the services i run over a few different servers).
Does anyone know which runs cooler?

AMD XP sempron or barton
dont want to go 64 bit on these servers yet, i already have 64 bit servers.
I got a p4 here in my pc i built (3 80mm case fans, 2 in, 1 out 80mm) with a 400w psu with a 120mm fan
the heatsink and fan is one of those ones that adjusts the speed of the fan depending on how how it is
it usually runs about 50c (its a p4 3.2ghz) but i think the fan is running 1500rpm - 2000rpm, not full speed, so i cant test between amd and p4, since the amd fans i have just run at full speed so i cant see if the p4 will run cooler than the amd if the fan spins the same speed
the amd seems to run at about 40c though, but then again its only 2.2ghz
i want to make a new server either tomorrow or the say after and want it to run as cool as possible
is there anyone i can actually get heat charts or something between processors
