How to add another affiliate program?

Let say right now I'm paying 20% commission of the sales for every new account my affiliates refer to me. It is one time commission

And right now I want to add a new affiliate program which I want to give 20% commission of the sales (includes recurring sales) my affiliates refer to me. It is recurring commission.
