curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host

Hey guys getting this error in modernbill whilst creating a new user.

curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host 'website.com&username=mbben&password=password&domain=benmb.biz'

Was never having this problem in the past. Users are no longer created.

I tried recompiling curl with apache. Still having the same problem curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host.

Any ideas?
