Exim not sending or recieving...

After updating to the latest edge build last night email stopped working... I've updated to the latest current now to no avail.. I removed the RBL list mods i had done in the past as well. At the moment i cant send or recieve on any of the accounts on the server...
When i do the mail troubleshooter in WHM it just displays the email you enter in and nothing below it.. I've also tried rebooting...

What can i do to fix the probs?
