need help with new hard drive
I have problem with my new hard drive,I told DC to install it they installed it form me but they did not formate it and make partition on it. After that i open WHM and i formate it from the options there, I click on "Partition,Format,and mount Disk" after that i choose first option which is "Ext2 (Standard Linux File System)
" after that I did not find it in server information. I contacted to Cpanel support and they told me that i have to use "fdisk command" to make it ready to use.After that the server have been rebooted from DC and they told me my server can not boot.Some one from DC supprt have solve the problem and he told me
"We did not need to format your drive. Your original drive has been booted. I edited the fstab file to comment out the reference to hdd. According to fdisk, your 120GB partition which was labeled /home2 does not contain a valid partition table.

and after that i run in command line "pico /etc/fstab"

how do use fdisk correctly? what should i do nowthanks and sorry for my bad english lang
