what is the error about ?

Hi everyone

Just got a new server, and trying to isntall APF

Code: 
root@server [/usr/local/src]# wget http://rfxnetworks.net/downloads/apf-current.tar.gz

Resolving rfxnetworks.net... failed: Host not found.
