Load average vs CPU states
Will increasing CPU speed reduce load average?
Will increasing memory reduce load average, or only swap paging?
Somebody said load average is not accurate and we should pay attention to CPU usage.
I heard load average under 1 is all fine, what about CPU usage? lower than 50%?
